The other "Scientific Foos"...
Roger never got into engines until about 3 years ago when he went to a sale to buy a listed "pump" that had his wifes` madien name (Foos) cast on it. Since then Rogers' fit right in with all the wheeling & dealing at the shows. Rogers Theory on Engines: (When he first got into engines & attended his first shows.)
